Your email address and other data will not be sold, rented or made available to any third party outside Marketeragency.hr without your consent, as this goes against our privacy rules. Marketeragency.hr maintains a strict no-spam policy. We ask for your explicit consent if you would like us to contact you about special offers and promotions. Marketeragency.hr is not liable for accidental errors or other objective circumstances that could unintentionally breach the protection of your data, but guarantees that any such error will be corrected as fully and as quickly as possible.

The personal data we collect consists of contact details and other personal data needed to provide our services. We collect it through our website via contact forms, automatically through cookies, and through sign-up forms or service agreements.

Like many other websites, our site may use cookies or other technologies to help deliver content suited to your interests, process your bookings or requests and/or analyse how you use the site. Cookies on their own cannot be used to reveal your personal identity. This data identifies your browser, not you, on our servers when you visit our site. Marketeragency.hr encourages parents and guardians to teach their children about handling personal data responsibly online. Marketeragency.hr does not wish to and does not intend to collect personal data from people under 14. Any data collected will not be used or passed to third parties, except in cases involving online promotional games. Information needed to contact a child online will be used, without parental consent, only as a direct response to the child's request and for no other purpose.

We do not collect personal data to contact individuals offline, except in cases involving prizes, and only then with parental consent. We do not disclose any personal data to third parties without parental consent; we do not allow children to publicly post or otherwise distribute personal data sent to us as contact details without parental consent, and we do not encourage children to reveal more information than is needed to take part in a contest or other activity.

Where a child under 14 is eligible to take part in a contest, we first ask the child to obtain consent from a parent or legal guardian and to provide their parent's or guardian's email address. If a child under 14 wins a prize draw, their parents or guardians are notified by email, phone or in writing.

A child's personal data will be deleted from our database if a parent or guardian asks us to do so. As a parent or guardian, you have the right to review all personal data relating to your child that we have received through any of our websites. You can also request that the data be removed (if it still exists in our database) and/or prohibit any future collection or use of your child's data. If you are a parent who wishes to exercise this right, please contact us. Beyond this, Marketeragency.hr guarantees the protection of children's personal data in line with the applicable laws.

You can contact us at any time to review, amend, correct or delete your personal data. Until we receive notice of changes, we will continue to use your original contact details.

By filling in forms on this website, you confirm that the information provided is accurate, that you have legal capacity and are authorised to provide it, and that you fully agree to Marketeragency.hr collecting and using your personal data in line with the law and the terms of our privacy policy.

Statement on the protection, collection and use of personal data.

Marketeragency.hr is committed to protecting customers' personal data by collecting only the essential information needed to fulfil our obligations; informing customers how the collected data is used; and regularly giving customers a choice about the use of their data, including whether they want their name removed from lists used for marketing campaigns. All customer data is kept strictly confidential and is available only to staff who need it to do their job. All Marketeragency.hr staff and business partners are responsible for respecting the principles of privacy protection.

In accordance with Article 10 of the Croatian Consumer Protection Act (Official Gazette no. 19/2022), we inform consumers that they can express dissatisfaction with a purchased product or service in any of the following ways:

• By handing in a written complaint in person to staff at the company's registered office.

The trader/service provider undertakes to confirm receipt of the consumer's complaint in writing without delay.

The trader/service provider undertakes to respond to the complaint in writing no later than 15 days from receiving it, clearly stating whether the complaint is accepted as justified. For this purpose, please include your name, surname and address in any complaint handed in person or sent by post.
